Excellent coloring job. I liked the layered Cel-shade look mixed with some blended shading. It definitly shows depth to the winderfully done line-art by Michelle!

Nice work, I take it you have seen Advent Children then? Anyway getting off subject, great team work, Color spot on, line work flows great, background fits just wright. Coloring I really like how you added the textur in the whole character. I find that to be a great mark on illustrations

*nods* i'm trying to do all the FFX stuff now since i've finished it so my curiousity is out of the way. and do you know what? i accidentally finished FFVII >.< gahh was a bit angry with myself because i wanted to do the side quests but i didn't know i couldn't turn back o.O i will have to play FFVII..again... but i don't mind of course. just as soon as i have a proper break vrom scool

Masamune is a famous swordsmith who forged Japanese katanas, and the Masamune sword is a weapon in basically every Final Fantasy game.
So yes, Auron used a Masamune blade... but Sephiroth is more well-known for wielding the Masamune, since the sword itself was a minor part of the plot in FFVII, and the only sword Sephiroth used - and it stood out (Plus FFVII is a more widely known game, Sephiroth a more well-known character, so naturally it would be more commonly recognized). Auron used multiple weapons throughout the game, and since loads of people are too lazy to actually beat Final Fantasy games properly, many people haven't even unlocked Auron's beautiful Masamune. Because people suck. Lesson learned: memorize pi.
