Jenna actually does shed and has a thicker coat during the winter (thinner in the summer). However, her coat is already much thicker than her Elsweyr-born friends, which makes visting family in Elsweyr... uncomfortable.

I'm hoping Brunwulf appears soon. He'd be a good choice to help bring the different races together. He's been trying for a long time. Maybe with a jarl at his back, he'd be able to make progress?

Hmm... I'm seriously concerned for Jenna's mental health at this stage. It's like she's got a shoulder angel and shoulder devil, only one is a horrifying unknowable writhing abyss and the other is a murder-happy dead woman married to the Dread Lord of the Void. Not to mention her daughter's been heinously ensorcelled by a hagraven and her boyfriend's on the precipice of becoming a missionary for a god worshiped by approximately ten people.
Kinda interesting to see Ulfric all contrite like this, but after all the stunts he pulled in the last arc, I daresay he's still got a long road to redemption ahead of him.
And oh boy oh boy, Jenna's being called upon to broker more peace among peoples that have historically been at each other's throats for centuries. And at this juncture she has no reason to think her "GOL HAH DOV now you all love each other" diplomacy techniques are anything other than just the best life hack ever. I foresee only sunshine and lollipops in Windhelm's future, yessiree.
