I live in England so here he is called Kevin and it's a different actor too ^__^
I hear the guy in 'Blues Clues' is different everywhere so I just went with our one.

Yeah, I used to watch it a lot too as a kid. It's definitely more amusing now to make fun of it, especially seeing other creative parodies such as your own. Definitely made me laugh.

I'm so glad, it was meant to be funny

I used Illustrator to do the characters (I basically traced an image of Blue fomr the net) and then I did the bg and the shadows in Photoshop.
