Well, this is an entry into my very first DeviantArt competition, wish me luck!
Sketched initially with standard ball point pen, inked with spectrum noir markers, outlined using uni pin fine liner 0.5, on A4 paper
Edit:
This was my first attempt at creating a dragon with semi-neon colours, looking back i realise i was a little off the mark with the colour scheme, I'll aim to learn more for next time
