twitter with images, basically... you make your blog, you post whatever you want (videos or images or just texts) and you tag it so it will appear in the tag if you look for the thing (like, you draw hakweye, you tag your work "hawkeye" and "clint barton"), then you go around the tags to find out people that do things you like and you follow them. it takes a month to get used to it but it's kind of an addiction
