Description Wow! Done early! Well, early for me anyway! My picture for the Valentine's Day PE Exchange, for

I generally have a lot of fun making cutesy-romantic or sultry-kissage type pics for V-day, but when I saw these two I couldn't resist. (for those who don't know, these two don't really have a relationship yet, but obviously Vemere thinks they should!)

This is a slightly different process for me; no ink, just sketch, with what I tried to make quick, sketchy color. I’m still trying to free up my hand in the color area; I'm so used to overworking everything until it's so tight you couldn't even squeeze a spare pixel out of it…

I love their expressions, especially his. Their poses are really good and once again reflect their characters-and perhaps intentions! Their skintones are both really nice as well. I love the little beads in her hair!

Heh, I tend to overdue it on pics too, but not to as nice a finish as you though.
I really like the color scheme going on here, all the blue/purple is very nice.
And wonderful anatomy on Vemere, she's got some meat on her and curves and uses them very effectively.

^^ I don't know if this was your intention, but it's quite... funny... The expression on his face--on both their faces--just makes me want to laugh. The art and colouring is awesome, yep, but the first thing that strikes me about this piece is the expressions of the two participants.

Heh, the sketchiness of it is what makes it great. Loosening up a tight style is one of the hardest things to do- but keep at it. It's worth it to be able to turn out stuff like this.

Hahahah! Okay now that I got that out of my system I get to tell you how much I love this! Aside from the fact that getting it early makes me extremely happy, it's a wonderful picture! I like the method you used on this, it looks more loose than usual, though I like your other method as well I think this is just as nice The colors are fantastic, nice beautiful and rich coloring. Her ass looks FAB. I love it. I sincerely thank you for obviously paying attention to the character descriptions on my dear Geln and Vemere. Sometimes the things that I feel are important get overlooked with these two especially. I love how you got everything just right. Beautiful job Sarah, I'm so happy to have art from you now as well! Yessss…. People think it’s all about bewbs when it comes to sex appeal, but no, it’s really about ASS! Kakakaaaa!!! And I have to say I rather like drawing them too, rawr!

And I do like to pay very close attention to people’s character descriptions and designs. Which is good seeing as how I write loooooong-ass descriptions of my own characters hoping that people will actually absorb and use it all. Hahahaaaa!! At least it’s a trade off. ;P I’m glad I had a chance to use my new patented half-elf ear style on a character other than my bishy druid. I don’t like it when you can’t tell half elves from full blooded ones. I also tried to make Vemere’s skin a little more purpley in addition to being darker, but I don’t know if it shows. I think the thing I like best about how this turned out though, is his eyes. =3

Heh, I changed his expression so many times. I tried to give him the 'starring off looking deeply absorbsed in some far away place' look that Brianne says he has so often, but he ended up just looking bored. XP;;; So I added the blush and it seemed to work. Hehe.
