Seriously awesome name! His coloring and bone structure are beautiful! You never cease to amaze me with your artwork. I especially like the background on this one. It blends so nicely with his colors.

Thanks! I was thinking of a scene from 'Secretariat' that had an orange hue in it at the time, and decided to add in some trees and whatnot.

I get a lot of background inspirations from movies; it's a whole lot cheaper than going to the place in real life to get a decent picture.

this is fantastic work I love the softness of the coat colors, but the hardness of the lines, and the background is done so well! It really brings out the headshot and the trees look magnificent in the "dusty fog"
