Hmm, perhaps I should have added these thoughts to my first comment:
I love the combination of seemingly different elements, that are all linked together by the common thread of womanhood/childhood. The red shoe would perhaps be associated with an older teen girl or adult woman, while the ladybug might be considered more childish. The flower and hearts tie it all together nicely.
