Wonderful! I love the lighting and how you turned a log into something else, it is actually a very interesting picture and very original.

Originality: Great, I love the angle you chose and the perfect lighting with the slight blur other than the focus on front. I haven't seen anything like that.
Technique: Mostly like I said on originality except one teeny thing.. There is this plastic looking thing? I don't know but it has to do with not your picture technique but your background surroundings, I guess? Well, I would have moved that out of the picture, Other than that *5 stars!*
Impact: Impacting picture, overall. I love what you've done to make it look lots less boring.

Fantastic! Such a beautiful outcome of a scene that many photographers would just pass by.
The vibrant colors and the golden background are important parts in this image that makes it work so well.
The autumn atmosphere is thick in this image. It doesn't have to be the red leaves always.
The composition is well done. I like how that fallen tree on the foreground vanishes between those two trees on the background.
The focus is where it is supposed to be. This is how it works. The sharpness is well controlled.
Now when I look at the image again I can see a horizontal line where the image splits in two. The green, more "real life" looking part on the foreground. The upper part (background) is more like from a fairy tale. Nothing wrong with this! I just noticed this.
Overall, well done! Here's my two cents.

Beuatiful mix of natural, vibrant greens and browns, the orange is just lovely, and I love how the log fades away into the background. Amazing!
