You're going to hate me before long, but as long as you keep requesting critique's, I'll keep answering the call.
Overall, the image is bright, and the lines clean, but there are a few places where the linework breaks down. The right hand is poorly defines at the index finger, making it appear that the quill actually cuts through the finger. The bracelet around the right wrist does not match up on either side of the quill. On the hand holding the book, given the relative size of the book to the hand, it is impossible for her to be holding it that way. She thumb, which I assume is holding the page open, would force the book higher up onto her fingers. The expression on the face does not lend itself to satisfaction, appearing more sinister. Also, the focus of her eyes appears to be somewhere above the book. The nose appears too elongated for a tauren, looking more horselike that bovine, and the nose appears slightly misshapen. The worst thing though, is the lighting. I understand that the scroll is supposed to be glowing, and lighting from below, but the shadows just don't work. If the light is bright enough to cast shadows like that, they will be uniform from the bottom up, not having patches of light above protruding facial or bodily features.
