To me this picture has always been: "Tex and Sister getting ready for leave".
I'm sure some people will see yuri in it but, personally, I've always imagined that Tex would have ultimately developed into a sort of big sister figure for Sister. After all, the girl is maybe 16-18 at most; She's going to need someone older than her to rely on and, frankly, Tex is it. Let's face it, Church doesn't have the empathy, Tucker doesn't have the morals and Caboose doesn't have the smarts.

I'm pretty sure Tex hated Sister. And Caboose relies on Church. Sometimes it's hard to tell, but underneath all the name calling Church really does take care of him

I don't think that Tex 'hated' Sister, I just think that she was jealous of another girl being around Church. There was also a very male joke in there from Rooster Teeth about insecure girls and their need to protect their 'territory'.
FWIW, Sister seemed perfectly okay with Tex's threats. Maybe it's just an airhead thing but she dismissed it as 'regular girl stuff'.

Big thighs are the best and they go so much better with big boobs than thin thighs and no hips. Hour glass figures are much nicer. I love Sister's face, very nice.
