I feel so sorry for her, I hope she doesn't give up on her dream of being a superheroine. A job worth having, is a job worth fighting for. Hold your head up high and fight for your dream job Julia!

Julias so desperate to find an identity of her own that cant see that Star is only thinking of her....and that could be used by one of the, shall we say, less principled villains? Enter stage left, Doc Droid....! What if he promises to give Julia what she wants, her own Superheroine identity, in exchange for...............Ultra Woman?! Julias young, naive and inexperienced, and gullible enough to believe Droid wont harm her mother if she agrees to reliquish her duties to her.... a perfect tool to be used to lure Ultra Woman into the Docs evil clutches...and with Ultra Woman finally out of the way, her pals Star Spangled Girl, White Owl, Crimson and White Venus will soon follow! Bwahahahabwahaha! (Maybe I should change career and become a villainous, evil genius!) LOL!

Someday she'll. She had a good model but she needs to find her own way to become a superheroine.
Great artwork Ladytania

That is all very true, and she has no idea how evil the villains really are, and what some of them would love to do to a young Amazon...

Exactly. Look what happened to Claire when she fought Wrecking Ball. Good thing Star Spangled helped her out. Julia is strong but she has to get some combat training if she REALLY wants to be a Super heroine which hopefully Star Spangled can teach her.

Someday Julia!!
Hopefully the poor girl isn't too sad! I think someday one of the heroines needs to just sit her down and point out all the dangers and show her that it isn't such a glamorous job!

I know...but Star is being so responsible to her old friend. I hope Julia is not too much of a handful!

A downer moment to be sure. A bigger downer is becoming a hero because another hero has died--er--I guess that already happened! At least as far as she knows.
Julia might well go into action to assist Star as she "owes" her for the timely assist with the raging Wreckingball. Also, to prevent her new "big sister" from meeting the "same fate" as her mother?
Nice shot of her bowed and dejected posture, and the stairs seem to add to it.

That was CLAIRE who needed help with Wrecking Ball. Julia is feeling what all teenagers feel--that no one has ever felt the way they do, and that "soon" equals an eternity of waiting. Love the shot here Tania---the resignation, the depression, its almost impossible not to echo Jerry's "Awwwww!"

Thanks. I'm feeling foolish right now for being unobservant! I skimmed through Julia's reaction to her mom's "death" on the island, and when Claire appeared as Ultra Woman, I latched onto them as being the same person.
Julia certainly does look sad!

not true julia, a heroine you will be, but first things first.
Be yourself first and no a carbon copy of someone else

Ripe for corrupting due to an over zealots self appointed mother figure. Makes our villainous work so much easier when recruiting from the hero side.
