So, she is that girl from pitures from main site of the comic. Her design is pretty good, but is oc, and it's really easy to make oc too perfect. Well, you make one great oc(Queen Cold is really great develop character, so i really want see her in main canon, but this is imposible.)but be careful. And please, don't give her SSJ without good reason. REALY GOOD reason. But i think you're smarter than few authors, wich makes them characters a Mary Sues(i'm also blame to create a few, but i won't show them anybody). So great pic, and good luck with comic

You'll be seeing more of Queen Cold. If you are wary of this particular OC obtaining SSJ, you might be relieved to know that because she isn't much of a warrior, it's a goal that may always remain out of reach.
I'm glad you bring this up. In the original draft, Freeza's love interest in the earlier arc was another of his kind. Back in 2000ish, someone had written a long fanfiction in which Freeza's love interest (his kind) was stolen away by Vegeta. The writer had done such an amazing job that I knew I couldn't top it. Sadly, I'm no longer able to find this person's story because I would love to share it. When I picked up this comic again, I decided to go with a saiyan because I thought that, with what I have planned for her, it would make for a deliciously thematic metaphor.
