She lay in a cozy room with a crackling fireplace, and her beloved hat was perched on a stand nearby. Her puzzlement was soon interrupted by the entrance of a rather peculiar nurse, none other than a cave goblin.

"Ah, you're awake. It's a good thing Dragon brought you here, poor thing," the goblin nurse remarked with a hint of sympathy, her eyes gleaming with an odd blend of professionalism and mischief.

Bewildered, Lady Vad couldn't help but inquire, "Where am I?"

The goblin nurse grinned mischievously, revealing her sharp teeth. "You're in the Guild's Healing Facility. Now, drink this." She extended a green, glowing potion toward Lady Vad.

"A healing potion, it will mend any internal injuries," she added, her confidence oozing.

Lady Vad, still reeling from the shock of her strange surroundings, hesitantly accepted the potion. With a skeptical look, she muttered, "Umm, alright." She cautiously brought the vial to her lips and took a sip, her eyes never leaving the nurse's mischievous gaze.

As the liquid touched her tongue, a wave of shock rippled through Lady Vad's body. The potion tasted like a combination of honey, burnt toast, and pickles. With a grimace, she couldn't help but spew it out in a green, glowing fountain of goo, realizing that this was no dream after all.
