Hey, this title is a reference to "le Mis"! (I just saw the play for the first time last week.) I love the colors and lighting here, the glitter...and it's amazing you did this with paints! (I find paint horribly difficult to work with.) I love Quark and you did him great justice here.

It most definitely is a Les Mis reference! Quark is like Space-Thenardier~ everytime I hear Master of the House, I think of him.

When I saw "Le Mis," I was reminded a lot of "Star Trek," and that character definitely shouted "QUARK!" to me! Of course, it also reminded me of Sisko's Maquis friend, who saw himself as Val Jean, and the revolutionaries outfits reminded me of the Maquis in general. All probably deliberate on "Star Trek's" part.
