Dear Diary......SPOILERS for the game!
This again came from doodles I decided to color. I started doing an illustrated version of Hapstablook's diary. In the name you visit Napstablook's cousin's house with the mystery key and read the diaries, you learn mettaton's origin story.
I own nothing. The characters and text are all from the game undertale. The only thing I technically made was the design for shyren's sister.

I'm not entirely sure, I'm just going off of her battle sprite. She looks like she has a body. That's my theory anyway, Although it might not have a leg to stand on.

Killing her in Geno leaves just the body, where the "Arm" forms lips and the "Spikes" form eyes. And besides, ingame the head floats (battle sprite) and it's just a head (overworld sprite). So she's just a floating green fish with a "human" head.
