FINALLY done with this. 'w' Last of the console maids I intend to do - Xbox 360!This version came out *much* better than the original. I don't even want to put the other one up because its so bad compared to this. ;w; But maybe I will. to compare.
I wanted to draw another kick ass console maid after doing two chibi Nintendo ones. Playstation 2 is an Eastern console so she gets a Katana. Xbox is made in America so she gets a gun >:3! (plus xbox is such a shootan console.)
I had alot of trouble with drawing the gun. I originally wanted to draw the FPS controller for the original xbox, but the way I drew it it looked like she was holding a shoe box. TuT; So I googled '9mm' and drew the first image I got
(T3T I don't know anything about guns. I just like using dual 9mm in San Andreas.)
I put Wii-maid in there for a wee bit of console war. Aw, she's so tiny. 'u'
I wouldn't want to see this maid when she gets a RRoD OwO;
Eee! Does it look like 360 is staring down the wii chibi? Her eyes look like they're a little too high. Someone tell me besides myself!

i like all kinds of games. i play WoW, i love Call of Duty 5. i am playing castlevania order of ecclesia on my DS, and still have never beaten final fantasy 4.

Naw. I don't own a PS3, and I didn't want to be redundant and do two Sony consoles (even though I did two nintendo ones, eeehehe.)
Plus PS3. I am angry at it! Too expensive, and no good games except for a few. I know that will change REALLY fast, but thats my excuse haha.

But unfortunately, I can't hold the 360 in high prospect, due to it's EPIC hardware failures. It's happened to most of my friends. So I'm pretty skeptical about getting one.

I'm just not going to get a 360. I didn;t get the first Xbox, either. It was a decisions of either getting an Xbox or a PS2, and I definitely wanted the PS2. its the same now, for me. I loooved my PS2, and I loove Nintendo. I don't have enough love left over for Xbox. :q

Your maids are so.... different. I've never since someone design a character off of a game console before, it's a great idea.
She speaks 360, she really does. And the shades and highlights you used give great form cause they're so subtle, ya know?

Hee <3 I'm in painting 3 right now, and we are working from nude models, cause the whole class is about studying the human figure. I think they should wear underwear, but anyways, the model we had last week was awesome cause she had the shape women get after they've had a baby and lost tons of weight, so she had some rolls in her skin, and it was great for doing different shades and highlights. The model we had today was a guy, and while he was a great poser, she kept moving constantly, and it got really irritating. He kept staring at me every time I looked at him, and I really didn't like that. Bad enough I have to look at your constant struggle between limp and semi-erection for three hours, but don't make me even more uncomfortable. Not to mention last year, a guy asked me for directions, and when I walked over to his car he exposed himself, so I'm not too keen on looking at naked men. I drew a nice portrait of the model today with a dry brush technique that I am very proud of. I'll post it up eventually.
How did I go from talking about your art to nude models? Oh yeah, you once told me you had to do this in one of your classes. Made me sick to my stomach at first, and a guy next to me looked like he wanted to cry. He's kind of a gentlemen, and I think he felt guilty about drawing a woman nude.

AHAHA! I remember fondly the experience of nude modeling classes. Everything going through your mind is exactly what I remember going through. XD I also would get irritated when they move constantly. I had to stop myself and say: "How would you like to be perfectly still for 15-20 minutes?" Its actually a harder job than you'd think. But it is annoying if they take breaks and don't go back to exactly where they stood beforehand.
I had alot of guy models, and they all had extremly tiny penises. And how on earth can someone get erect when they're being oogled by 15-20 people? I guess if you're one of those nudist/voyeur types, something like that would just be awesome for you. But whatever. Grossss.
I didn't like when we had the really fat lady model. There were many ass craters. :[

Yeah, I didn't really respect and appreciate Kathy's job as much as I do now when one of our old, crappy easles collapsed and she didn't move a muscle. That was cool. She never moved at all, as a matter of fact, which shows how much experience she has as a model. She has awesome shoes, too ^___^
