Have your apprentice fighting with a trainer or hunter in preparation for the mock hunt

Rufio was done with his used training partners, he had no problem at all with then or with his instructors, it's just that he was bored from fighting them. As a natural bully he is eventualy envolved in some street fights yes, but those normaly dont end well and aren't exactally useful to his training. The red tiger wanted a chalenge, still, someone he knew so that the secions would be a lot more productive with intimacy partners. The first one who camed to his mind was his father, however Alukard was easly the last feline the young red wanted to train with, no, he would only fight along, of with, his father once he knew he was good enough. Moving on then, "hum ... Furie is a good friend of father, maybe he could ... no no I won't even bother him with my silly moves ..." He thought about that prodigy everyone seems to talk about, Jasper the leopard, but to Rufio never really feel comfortable around him. There was Kaiden, but just like Jasper he and the tiger had no chemystry yet, and he was looking for someone close after all! Let's see, an apprentice fellow then? "Maximus", he thought, "he's Shen's son and ... nhe I think he's too lazy for what I'm looking for, damn it! By Apolo isn't there anyone who-" Urg of course you asshole.

The Fenix and the Pirate.

The look of amusement in Cally's face when Rufio asked her about it was just too pleasent for him, he really liked that female. Calypso was perfect, in fact so perfect that the red was almost embarased he didn't thought in her before, she was a close friend, they trusted each other, she is almost graduating, and of course she is funny! After some talking and theoretics it was time to action, finally. They agreed that neither could talk during the fight, their whole concentration had to be on the other's movements, in the future, when they had more pratice they could start a conversation to also encourage manipulation, wich is very handy in a real battle.

There they were, face to face waiting for the other to make the slightest movement, Calypso did it first, just when Rufio was about to do it and that unbalanced him. The felines clashed a bit but the female was more then able to defeat the red easily, and so she grabbed his neck with a gentle bite and begun to tickle and mess with his fur. "Lesson number one then, you should know at this point, never wait for the other to start the fight and if so, be ready and steady" The tiger however was still lying and giggling on the ground "Rufio, you are a pathetic little runt, that is why I adore you" she said motherly as she licked his forehead, "Now lets both get serious ok? If that is even possible"

OK so explanation: I did colored this image, but once I started shading I kinda ... didn't like it? I'm sure everyone had that feeling at some point, not wanting to line a sketch or color the lines or shad the colores etc ... SO I took the colors out and just finished shading and I'm much more happy about it c:
