draco's patrons is a DRAGON... draco means dragon. the constelation in the sky is draco the dragon... Duh i know this for i am dracos biggest fan! i am 100% sure. if you dont belive me i u ask JK herself. besides a dragon is cool and stronger than any snake.

his name may mean dragon but he doesn't have the heart of one. his personality is more serpent like. although I shudder to image the happy thoughts he using to create that.

But, my HP inner fangirl is nagging me to tell you that Draco doesn't have a Patronus. er, I mean, he never learned how to make one.
It would probably be a snake if he had, though.

I can't help but say that Draco's patronus WOULD be a snake. Not all snakes are evil, just as JK added in the Anaconda etc.
Of course, it would be a crappy film if Draco summoned a domesticated Reticulated Python, but still.
