But these two were around, even then. Just . . . not very major characters. I think they start to get a little more action in book three, though.

I will have to put more time into the books, right now i just sit and read waiting for the doors to open at work so not much time each day but guess i'm not as hardcore as most, can't wiat for the next movie though

I felt a little bad doing it, but Lav is stick-like on purpose ;b Parvati's the pretty (curvy) one. The skirt is also short on purpose (not to be slutty, per se, but if long thin legs are your one asset, you show 'em off!)

Yep, naturally. I used to grow it down pat my butt when I was a kid. My mom loved it, cause she could style it and stuff! Yeah, Hermione would need a whole truck load of hairspray to get her hair looking like that. Or a really good charm

I had hermione hair (my stylist thinned it to hell!) and i look a fair bit like emma watson... my best friend actually reminds me of lav... tall, fair, thin, guys running after her... but she's not a tart like lavender... she has a bf... and amazingly not the guy i know who looks like ron! (the resemblance of my classmates to HP characters is SCARY!) my other best friend's little brother looks so much like harry it's frightening and my friend from another school looks like luna... oh and my duet-partner looks like a 19-year old snape! down to the hooked nose, chin-length lank greasy-ish black hair, sexy voice and this odd tall and dark appeal to him... the only difference is he smiles alot and likes to hug people!

A tart? Now, come on. Why is everyone so mean to Lavendar? Look at this from her point of view - the guy she was crushing on suddenly showed an interest in her, too. Who among us would not be thrilled about that? They got into a (fairly physical) relationship, but she didn't know he was just using her to get back at another girl! (Or if she did, was trying to ignore that fact). Personally, I feel bad for the poor kid. Ron was pretty mean, the way he treated her. I hope she finds someone else who will appreciate her.
