First of all I should admit you made very beautiful and (that is especially important) tasteful work with such theme as pregnancy.

I like the expression and anatomy. Just one glance at Amara's face - and I can feel her serenity of the future mother and her peaceful happiness. What about anatomy - indeed it looks very realistic and natural and quite detailed. Actually I love the way you made her breasts and belly with belly button. One more detail - I really really like the animals nipples from previous work of you. I guess it was good detail and I miss it here. May be you should return it next time?
Also, nice to see some shading here. It made your art piece looks way more volumetric. Keep it up!
