я это на примере твоей Нелл поняла, Нелл, Иноуе, Симка... сопоставила с собои и поняла, что постоянно её пытаюсь нарисовать, когда просто карандаш в руки беру, без цели, но в прошлый раз лицо слишком узким вышло, так что решила идти по мужской версии так и получился Мукурыч xd

The flow you managed on the 'train' of the dress is really natural for DigiM work...
A lot of people are really skilled at doing very 'finished' pieces that look like screen-shots of an anime... but where's the fun in that? If your gonna add color/shading you might as well go beyond standard treatment... the tone progression adds a deeper dynamic to the piece, two weeks is not bad!
I've always shied away from working digital myself because I would never be able to call it quits and either lose focus or 'overwork' the piece past what it needs... but idk, doing a few experiments until I get $ for new paints or markers; I have a lot of colored pastels but they don't do precision work unless I come up with a crazy new method of application... or..just..grind them and add water...hmmm...

I've always admired of works which look like a screenshot or works with simple shading, I'm trying to bee more simple when I draw in my own way and get involved to painting too much it became to heavy looking and far away from anime style .__. I wish it be more like anime - colorful and simple
Oh, when I do traditional I always afraid to overwork or do smth wrong because after that you cann't push ctrl+z and correct all
But yeah experiments are good

Well I think we all kinda like trying to go for that colorful and simple...
Not color, but if you check out: [link] 'And the Night Just Grinned Viciously Back' (it's not THAT mature of content, just being safe) I think that's the best 'hyper-real' anime/manga sketch example I've pulled off so far...
The heavy looking thing your talking about I can see how that can go wrong... over working it basically.
In traditional media you have to accept failure in the sense of 'if you can only do it right once... you didn't actually do it. It just happened.'
Some sketches like Vicious there (da one linked) really are almost entirely 'it just happened' creations - it's not bad and digital is designed to let you build 'just happened' stuff into a picture...
...the real key to doing illustration and especially animation tho is being able to draw and then re-draw and re-draw... Something STILL nearly impossible for me! So it's all good.
