Chapter Notes: This is the first showing of the Kelly Stomp which actually vaporizes her opponent reducing them to atoms. Kelly total percentage of power she's used throughout her battle's have been at least 10%. I actually was debating bringing back Arcane but I decided to help Kelly's character development which shows her change of heart. Also Kelly can release someone trapped in her toe nail if she wants.
