I'm only familiar with thumbnails being like previews of something. Like a picture for a YT video, or the cover art of video games on Steam.
And I always thought of profile pictures as being 'icons' or 'avatars.'
But you might be right, in which case I misunderstood twice.
Regardless, I'm glad it's wiggly, and hope it's fun to look at!
