XDIts only Welsh-ness because there's a dragon and a daffodil in there ( I added the leeks for lulz
)Anyways this pic is just a bit of an experimental thing while I take a break from the sun. Its an original character but shes not very interesting I'm afraid. I prefer the dragon myself
BTW to anyone who doesn't know Daffodils, Leeks and Dragons are all Welsh symbols, thus the title

I love flowers as hair ornaments. :3 So pretty! XD The designs on her shirt are mega-cute, too. ^_^
I love her hair, both the shapes and colors. In fact, I love the bright colors of the whole piece. I love the girl's expression...She looks cute and happy, but it's clear she's talking about/thinking about/focusing on something in particular with her hand like that. Not necessarily something profound, maybe something like "just letting you know my dragon pal here is so cute!" XP
I like the shapes of her facial features...The detailed eyes, and the little details on her nose and mouth really add a lot of depth to her face.
The little dragon dude is so cute...I love his expression. XP
