It's Chinese New Year tomorrow; Time to say farewell to the dragon year and hello to the water snake year!Super happy to be back in Msia for the CNY celebrations, the atmosphere here is just completely different aaaaah <3
Since it also happens to be my zodiac year, I put a little more effort into making this image >v< The bg was somewhat inspired by a CNY card I saw a while back, still need to name this girl lol 8')
had to push a bit to finish before trip but hey, it got done in time at least

This piece is really gorgeous. I love the composition of the whole thing and her outfit, waaahhhh! I don't usually find snakes cute, but you managed to make this one look so snuggly looking ;___;
The only thing that got to me on the low side are her eyes. A bit different from your usual style, and quite wide-eyed-animu. Ah well, if that was the style you were going for, then I said nothing >u>;;

Haha yea you get stuffed with food on CNY! And all that visiting and seeing so many people (quite often many who seem like strangers to you lol) can get pretty hectic >o< But at least it's a once a year thing where you can see people.
As they say, it's usually the simplest thing that's the most beautiful. Overcomplicate it and things go haywire!
