About him: Determined and hard-hearted, and often loud-mouthed. He has a soft side to him, but you really have to dig deep to find it. He wishes he had wings and could fly, like his idols, the Wonderbolts. He envies Rainbow Dash, but has no ill will towards him or any other Pegusus. He loves the winter and his favorite activity is skating.

This is really good! The only thing I can see (and I'm really, really critical about artwork) is that the ear is a bit sideways-ish.
