Ah well, I'm not familiar with fractal philosophy, though I probably am and just don't realize it. His philosophy has to do with the experience and realization of interconnectivity and the divine. He probably expresses it better than I can for him under the "Writings" heading on the left of his website. My own curiosity presses me to ask- what is fractal philosophy to you?
