Happy Thanksgiving, guys-!! Here's an update for you all~ Corryn snarks back-!Hope you guys like, this page isn't my favorite... I think I need to loosen up again hahaha, things are beginning to feel a little stiff... the experimentation never ends-!

And hahaha I kinda do get sick of it, backgrounds are a pain, but they're honestly pretty loose/lazy too so?? it works out...??

and honestly I don't think u really need to build anything in sketchup, haha. Just use the 3D warehouse to find whatever building/structure you need, open it in sketchup and move around it to find the shot you want! Honestly that's all I do with it 90% of the time hahaha.

Ahahaha yeah! I know a lot of artists (particularly comic and storyboarding, lmao) that use Sketchup all the time to maintain continuity in their stuff with minimal effort, it's great! You can find just about anything on the 3D warehouse :u
Oh also, I just recently learned about this too, Sketchfab?? sketchfab.com/ It's a great 3D resource with the ability to turn objects around in space within the browser, without needing a program at all! It's a little hard to find some things due to keywords/etc (it's made for 3D modelers) but it has, for example, great Dodge Chargers you can load up and rotate 'till you find the angle you need to draw it at... (It also has a lot of fun/weird fantasy things, unlike sketchup)
It took me a little bit to get over the whole "beh it feels like cheating to use models" feeling but now honestly I just embrace it all hahahaha

Ahahaha, something like that! Actually in all reality it was more probably like she got organs transplanted into her (thyroid glands for hormones, etc.) but, it felt easier to say blood~ XD
I did a really rough/sloppy 24hcd comic about Sariel's time in the labs! Mother - Cover (24HCD2014)
But yes, it's a human research institute. Demons/angels have some really unique traits like very slow metabolisms that allow them to live for hundreds of years, they don't need to consume as much food as humans and they have regenerative abilities, so humans want to figure out how to give more humans that ability. Sariel was actually a vampire first though that they experimented on, since vamps are also stronger than humans--most human bodies don't seem able to handle the demon/angel powers, though Corryn is almost/sorta an example of a success-!
