Aaand real perspective attempt #1!...N-Not so grand, yeah. Sorry this's so rough, I kind of only figured out how to do straight lines just as I was finishing up with the page... yeah. =w=;; And gosh, I still half-assed a lot of this... those cars are way too small, and, just... yeah. The comic also feels pretty jumpy and'll probably stay that way... I haven't figured out how to make everything flow that well yet.
Hope the grayscale shading is okay; I really dislike coloring my linearts lately, and it all looks really mediocre at best... we'll have to see. Anyway, update for now. School's back in session, but I hope to have time (between class homework, this, and sprite/VG design) to work more on this comic!

Yeah, I can imagine ^^ I just did a straight 7 perspective drawings with greyscale coloring, and even though I was only tracing to digitalize, it was really insightful ^^

Hot dang this is gorgeous. I love the inherent sketchiness of the background - gives the impression he just isn't focusing on much of anything at all. So freaking gorgeous, man. The aesthetic is coming off wonderfully. C:

I see so many oppertunities here though, where you could REALLY play with lighting...and I think it would somehow add to the fact that he doesn't have a shadow...like..with the sun setting or something? It would be really cool to see shadows from the street poles.

This is hard to shade since it HAS so little shading inherently involved, but yeah, for a later scene maybe I could play with the lighting~ I've got a little planned already, for indoors... we'll have to see how it goes.

Hmmm. Aside from the cars, the building looks a little too short - unless he's abnormally tall. The buildings farther back all look great.

yes, that one. It's mostly the height of the molding. usually that's about the level the cieling would be inside the building.

One of the things you can do to make the cars the correct size is to lightly measure in the height of an imaginary car right next to your protagonist dude. Then, from that height, draw a line back into the vanishing point. The tops of the other cars will also touch that line.
That said, you got all the right basis down.
