Yay- a decent one
There's a photo reference above, so you can compare. Criticism both anticipated and appreciated.
Just me grouching, but I still think the right hand person's expression is off. I'm trying to figure out what it is that I've got wrong...I think it's mostly the mouth.

If you don't mind my thoughts on it - the right-handed person's expression in particular - I would like to say my two bits.
Part of the expression is, indeed, the mouth. Part of that is that the line of the cheek and the shading that goes with it, which emphasizes emotion, is absent. It's hard to capture that in mostly plain white, however. Also, her right (from my perspective) eye seems a little squinted, which could add to the mix.
You did the hair beautifully for the girl on the left. The clothes and necklace look beautiful and very accurate, as well.
