EDIT: Because so many think it is a Australian Shepherd: It is a Border Collie! I saw her on a shepherd competition for Border Collies in Austria. There werent even Australian Shepherds and her owner also says this is a Border Collie. So please stop saying it is a Aussie ^^''

Red merle border collie right? I think ppl think it's an aussie because many don't realize that border collies come in other variations of colour besides black and white. That and in this specific photo it looks like the border collie has no tail, and Australian shepherds don't have tails. But if you look closely, it just looks like the tail is wagging out of the shot.
