No wonder you got perfect colors! Prismacolor is great! Any advice on using colored pencils?

Well, I've found that using more than one shade for each color fills it in better and helps saturate the colors. For example, when I color orange, I lay down a layer of yellow, then a layer of my base orange, then use a darker orange for the shading (and will sometimes go over with yellow again to try and blend everything in.)

I see! I just was wondering because you have such a great skill at it and looks great. Do you use any techniques ny like hatching, cross hatching, etc?

Not for colored pencils, no. My shading is very simple and minimal right now, so I don't bother using any advanced shading techniques. Back when I did a lot of pen art, I used cross hatching most of the time.
