I remember the way she spontaneously sprouted into adulthood during that one episode of Sonic X.Β It's a shame she had to give up her life -- it would've been neat to see future interactions between her and Tails.

Did you watch the Japanese subbed version of the show, or the English dub?Β The English dub totally ruined the show's ending...just sapped all the raw emotion out of it.

In case you didn't know:Β Actually, she turns into one when she transforms at the end of Sonic X, because she could only turn into the tree if she was an adult.Β The amulet she wore prevented that change.
I've actually got quite a few pictures of Tails and Cosmo planned, one of which is them both together as adults if, you know, the whole Dark Oak thing didn't happen...

That's awesome!, I'll look foward those pics!, perhaps, we yet don't know what really happened with the seed..., I like to think that the seed is Cosmo and that someday she had/will return... ( I had heard that the eng. ver. is said that the seed is her kid, but whenI watched that episode I watched the jap. ver...)

The English ending is terrible because they tried to censor it 'cause apparently love is too adult for kids to understand(?) Whatever, I've always loved the original because it had so much more emotion. Q.Q Actually, she hinted that, because she's a plant, there's a possibility that she could be revived.Β Much more hopeful.

Yeah, sometimes the original can be much better, I still remember how that scene made me cry, I mean, I really cried a lot, I could perfectly feel all the pain Tails had because of that, and Tails is my favorite character, it was like something that had happened for me...
That's a thing I always had hoped for!, too bad we never had an extra episode or something like wich could show what happened after the credits, and you know, if she indeed had revived, I can think of how happy Tails would be...

I'm just glad I was alone when I watched it...
I actually started writing a story/comic that takes place after Season 3, but I haven't gotten too far with the art.Β I've been in a slump with it...I just don't have the motivation I guess.Β If you want to read the first chapter, I'll send you a link if you're interested. ^_^
