Description While waiting for Addam to come back downstream, I hung out with the flowers and this little spider, who I could only imagine was some fierce predator waiting to pounce on its lunch!

thanks John!! According to Addam, I had him get rid of a much smaller one than this in the bathroom...I'm not a fan of creepy eight-legged things!! But it's somehow different when I'm behind a lens.

always amazed at the little worlds you see along our journeys! truly fascinating how youve managed to make the usually creepy into something so beautiful..so harmless, just another seemingless helpless creature..hunting for its meal for the day.
the lovely flower really helps that beautiful feeling..such gorgeous focus and composition..just love the colors and light! truly outstanding capture, sweetie

Thanks hon...I often have a lot of extra time on my hands to see these little things while you're adventuring where my short legs won't take me! The droopy flower originally caught my eye, but the spider was an added bonus. Funny how I made you get rid of the spider like this in your house just a few days earlier! Maybe it was the same spider saying, "Hey...I'm really harmless..." Appreciate the kind words, DD...

lol..the spider inside was not even close to that size! had to pull out my magnifying glass to even see what you were talking about

Oh shoosh, they were the same size! ..Except that one in the bathroom was bigger and tried to eat me!

Yeah..you'll have to be reminded to leave me alone for an hour every time we go somewhere sketchy..so I can be with spiders..
