Since schedules and progress coincided for maximum failure we didn't get to get any shots with our yugo.Hat is a bit lacking in girth because I didn't wanna wear out the poor kid's neck. I'll be stuffing it for any adult wear.

for a not-so-heavy hat, try stuffing it with inflatable stuff, like a plastic bag or rubber balloon.

Well we experimented with balloons but the only thing that had the right size and shape too it was a little too awkward to consider using in a kid's costume! XD

Well, once it's inside the hat, no one can see what it is. Also, if the kid knows what it is, the harm is already done, and if he doesn't, well it's just a wierd inflatable balloon to him.
If you really want to hide it, add a small lid of cloth with velcro inside the cap to close the "tube" part of the hat and conmpletely conceal what's inside ^^

Hehe well maybe if we have time we can give it some test runs. One of the other issues would have been replacing it any time it popped!
