It seems in minions the grade of pervertedness correlates with the wavelength of light their skin reflects.

Yes. The deeper/duller the colour, the less perverts they will be. In case of black minions, they will do some commenting and stuff. But much MUCH more elegantly than browns, red, greens or blues ;D

The shorter the wavelength, the more perverted the minion. Ultraviolet has a very short wavelength.
