Have a happy YA new year! Basically Billy finds out why Tommy should never be in charge of fireworks ever.Actually this is the WIP version because I wanted the rest of the team in, but I'm like too drunk to draw them right now, so I'll just post the full version at a later date. ;;
Drawn entirely in PSCS2.
