Patches is a free Surreal Horror RPG Game based on the short story Patches (Part 1) about Raven Needlework, a plush-making raven creature that lures sad children into his world in order to sustain his immortality.

Ooh, this is looking great so far!! Story looks great, art looks great (especially for a horror game), but I must ask. Are the maps tilesets or bound parallaxes? It would seem tilesets but I wasn't entirely sure. As well, did you make the parallaxes/sets yourself? It looks awesome!

They're all tilesets. I find making tilesets easier than photoshopping maps, but that's just me. Every single graphic in the game was made by me, as will the rest of the graphics. It's gonna be a while, but I really wanna put a nice game to the Horror RPG collection, and finally, another boy to it.

Yeah, it's a lot of work, but I really want to do this. So far there's a
-Chase script (characters actually are smart enough to go around objects.)
-An on screen HP script (like in IB)
-A menu script that only allows you to select game end and show the description of the character in the background
-Splash Screen
-Anti lag because of all the events I have
-An item menu that allows you to use items on events instead of it doing it automatically
-And A lighting script for candles and lights

I'm actually not much of a programmer. It's a lot easier to make games with RPG Maker if you know your way around the program.
