Interesting. I am glad that you didn't shy away from useing very strong bold lines in this picture. It seems to help enphisise BJ in some way. Yes poor BJ! dang landmines seem to get in the way a bunch! BJ 21 does a good job explaining the events around the landmine, I belive it happens differently in the manga though.

oh thank you. I don't know how they explain his past in BJ21 but in the manga its nothing more than an act of greedy ppl. Some business man wants to sell off his land to some estate project asap so he bribes the landmime eliminators to quit doing their job and announce that the land is landmine-free. Without knowing the truth, BJ and his mother take a walk there and the rest is history.

His face is half black (tho it appears blue in the oroginal illus) because he had his skin transplanted from his childhood friend. His mother and BJ acidentally stepped into the landmine

I really like the coloring on the articles of clothes. You seem to be improving with your colors, Lamia. I love how you drew this guy, and his hair.
I've heard of this fellow, but not gone further into learning more.
