I've long since abandoned this concept (as i always do), but I am so proud with how he came out that I'm gonna show it to you anyway along with what little I wrote about it.

Bullied by his peers for years, Little Jackie Sterling has only two loves: Superheroes and Animals, especially birds. So after watching his favorite hero in action, he becomes inspired to become Captain Oriole. With the help of his many gadgets, including his signature Bird-Gun, and his helpful friend Lucy Lacaille, he protects the kids of the neighborhood from the same torture that he once went through.
While Jackie's usually a timid crybaby, underneath lies the guts and bravado of a true hero. He seems clueless but can be surprisingly clever. If there's too much info to absorb however, he becomes flustered and dizzy. His two feathered friends (canary Anka, budgie Mac) do recon and help him out.
