the writting is simply a mark of clearance:
first line is the name of the soldier
second line is his rank and unit?
third is stating the area has been cleared
fourth is the date when it was cleared

I don't know what it is, but something about this seems so foreboding.
Maybe its the fact its just one guy, and the message would infer a larger group,
and yet there is no one else.
