Beautiful! It is amazing to me(a non-photographer) that you could capture this! The little guy certainly looks as though he is in praise and worship

They won't arrive back here in Manitoba for about another month. Usually anytime after May 10. I can't wait for the little wonders. They such fun to watch.

i saw something interesting that i had never seen before........i have seen them dive bombing each other to get to feeders many times, but the other day, the 1st male that showed up was dive bombing a mocking bird............it made me wonder if the hummers had a nest and the mocking bird got too close to it............the mocking birds have been nesting in a tea olive close by where i hung the feeder and the hummer drove the mocking bird out of the front yard altogether..........

interesting to watch!!

looks like it is not gonna get as cold tonight as they first thought............i saw one flittering around the feeder a few minutes ago..............and am hoping they have a place to stay warm for the night.

This is a great capture. It's pretty noisy, though. You should download one of those free noiseware programs like Noiseware community (which I use occasionally) or one of the others and run this through it .

i agree about the noise but i don't know enough about how to fix it.................it was dark, almost night but i liked it enough to put it here anyway.

Go to this [link] when it opens pick one of the download places in the middle of the page and click on it.. once it downloads and is on your desktop double click on the icon (click yes when the license agreement thing opens) then a window will open with a blank screen up top ..click on open and you can go to "my pictures" select this picture and it will open in the blank space..then up top again click "process" and a lttle box "filter image" will open click that and it removes noise from the photo.. then click to close it and it will ask you to save the image and it will save to your pictures with the same file name as before ..but with the word "filtered" after it.. you can refilter the filtered one..and take more out..and then again on the already twice filtered one..and on and on.. I hope this helps? (its totally free by the way)
