Your work is very inspiring to me... you make me want to get over my fear of portrait photography.
This is a very lovely and creative shot to me. The muted colors really work here, especially in the subjects face where Iād think it would distract but it really works. Also, the face is really in focus and looks perfect. Finally, I like the lighting on the chest / hand as well as how the subjects figure is accentuated by the shadow on the left arm.

There's an Asian Horror film call "The Uninvited" the image makes me wonder if you've seen it.

I've never seen as good self potraits as yours,when I came across your work I thought this was just a model you liked a lot..
you must have to do hundreds of attempts before you get it right.

i have photographed myself lots of times yes, I do very much love to photograph others though. I need to call some of my models to do a shoot soon. Sometimes i get a bit bored with myself
