Bungou Stray Dogs vs Kemeno Jihen

Orphans who were abandoned and left at somebody else’s doorstep, being treated poorly by those around them due to being half-human (Atsushi was kicked from his orphanage after being accused of ransacking their food supply which turns out to be the fault of his unconscious ability to turn into a white tiger, and Kabane being a half-human half-ghoul who does manual labor for his aunt to keep his foul smell away). Both were soon founded by a quirky detective passing by (Dazai and Inugami) who were able to suppress their power, eventually teaching them how to use it for good. Both were taken in as a member of a detective agency (the Armed Detective Agency and the Inugami Detective Agency) along with others that are equally unique, mainly staying to further their own personal life goals (Atsushi wanting a reason to live and Kabane wanting to find his parents) and use their powers to help others. Both were also personally sought after by a high ranking individual (Ryunosuke Akutagawa of the Port Mafia wanting to carry out the hit put on Atsushi and Yoko Inari of the Shinjuku Police wanting Kabane's Lifestone). Despite their tragic upbringings initially leaving them emotionally cold and somewhat naive, they have strong desires to protect the innocent and eventually become more confident in their ability, willing to put their lives on the line for their newfound allies.
