I was trying out a new coloring style with this picture.What do you guys think?
Cool or lame?
This is one of my Twin OC's, Maddison.
I'm currently working on a picture of her sister, Elizabeth.

I LOVE the hair! Especially where you changed from pink to white, it sorta reminds me of ink in water. All the colors accent each other, which it good. Her features are very soft, which is unfarmiliar for me, but the proportions look right so I have no complaint.

Oh, i used Sai to color the picture and for the hair i used the "Water 10" Tool (i'm not sure if thats the name for it on all versions of Sai since i have an old version). I tinkered with the settings of it before i used it on the hair, but whatever watercolor tool you have on Sai, if you mess with it, you can get this effect.
But it took about 7 layers to get the end result.

Yea, i don't usually draw side views much so i was really just practicing.
Came out alright.
I wish i would have made her lower lip a little more round and plump, but by the time i colored the lips i didn't feel like going fix the lineart.
