So it turns out making a puppet skull with two billiard balls for eyes look scary is harder than it looks.I don't know how Hussie does it.
I wasn't a fan of Lord English's design at first, but I have to admit, I'm starting to warm up to it.

As for how AH does it, having a creepy soundtrack probably helps.

The Doc Scratch Lord English is not the final boss of Homestuck.
Note the sarcophagus in Jade's tower. Its eyes are different shapes, just like Bec Noir's. LE in Alternia looks like Cal (and a sarcophagus in Doc's tower), and he is just there to eat a dead universe in a polite, orderly fashion.
LE born from the death of Bec Noir (about to be killed by PM) will be worse. Far worse. Omnipotent and unpredictable, as Scratch already mentioned when talking to Rose.
Also, Becsprite went crazy from the LE glitch.
He is already here. Bec made sure of it when prototyping himself.
