Yes, I managed to finish before the survivors of round 5 were announced yey~
So this will be Locke's and Lucario's new look for the remainder of his stay in the 2010 UBF Tournament. I guess this can also count as my belated birthday present to Locke, seeing as his birthday was in July and I got too caught up in other stuff to remember it. OTL
