This is 5x5" soft and hard pastels on DaVinci 1/4" thick dual-sided Pro panel. I wasn't sure how it would do holding the pastels, but some layers of workable fixative allowed me to do quite a bit more work with than I initially thought.
I'm teaching a pastel class this week and sneaking in some work in my favorite, but much neglected medium. Boy am I rusty.
