i tried doing angsty shit,aaaand i failed. (you almost escaped from it three times: i sketched it then i almost scrapped it and instead drew joker in cutie honey's style but cutie honey's style is complicated so i continued this and i considered scrapping it and drawing montmorency but then i was like no and so u get this)
this stems from the thought "what if joker actually did get shot in episode 51" and that one supposed manga chapter where joker ''dies''
i have no reason why he's crying the only context i can make up is that someone he loved dearly shot him
